How do I order?

You can select your products and add them to your basket on our online shop. Once you are happy with what is in your trolley you can proceed to checkout. Orders can be paid for on checkout by card or instant EFT.

When is your shop open?

Our online shop is open all the time. Our collection point on the farm 167 Elandshoek, Nooitgedacht road, Rayton 1000, Pretoria is open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.

Where can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from our premises on the farm 167 Elandshoek, Nooitgedacht road, Rayton 1000,Pretoria free of charge. Our collection point is open every weekday from 08:00 to 16:00.

How do I know when my order is ready for collection?

Once your order is packed and ready for collection you will receive an SMS and email to let you know it is ready.

Can I have my order delivered to my home or office and how much does it cost?

Yes we deliver throughout Pretoria and to Midrand for a fee of R50, or free on orders over R1000.

What do I do if someone is not available at the delivery address all day or every day of the week?

It is ideal if you can provide us with an address where someone is available every weekday between 08:00 and 16:00. If this is not possible, you are welcome to let us know which day you have someone available to receive your order, in this case please ensure you place your order about two days before the day on which you require delivery. If you are generally at the address but out at certain times, please put a note in this regard on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please be aware that this may cause a delay in delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Generally we pack orders within one business day of them being placed and deliver them the day after they are packed. Depending on the time of day you place your order and how busy we are, you may receive your order the same day or the next day or perhaps the day after that. Once your order is packed and ready for delivery the following day you will receive an SMS and an email to let you know to expect your delivery in the next business day.

Can I pay cash for my order?

We unfortunately do not accept cash for online orders. You are most welcome to come and purchase goods cash at our collection point in Rietfontein, Pretoria.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by debit / credit card or instant EFT on checkout.

Do you have a physical shop?

We have premises from which we work, but they are not arranged like a normal shop with all products nicely on display. It is more of a warehouse and office setup. We do have some products on display and are happy to take out others for you to view on request.

Can I come to buy at your premises?

Yes, you are welcome to come and purchase at our premises. Please note that we only accept cash payments there. Please also be aware that all products are not on display. The website is a good place to get a full idea of what we sell.

How will my goods be packaged on delivery?

We pack and deliver orders in reusable plastic crates to cut down on our use of single-use plastic bags. Please either purchase such a crate from us or be ready to unpack or transfer your goods to another container on collection / delivery.

Is your packaging biodegradable / recyclable and do you offer Zero Waste options?

Wherever possible we attempt to stock products with as little packaging, especially plastic, as possible and where packaging is needed to ensure that it is recyclable or biodegradable as far as possible. We are dependent on our suppliers to a large extent in this regard and are continually working to improve. We do supply many items such as milk, yoghurt, milk kefir, water kefir and broth in reusable glass or plastic containers.
