How do I order?

You can select your products and add them to your basket on our online shop. Once you are happy with what is in your trolley you can proceed to checkout. Orders can be paid for on checkout by card, EFT or instant EFT.

When is your shop open?

Our online shop is open all the time. Our collection point on the farm at 167 Nooitgedacht road, Elandshoek, 1000, Pretoria is open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 and Saturdays 09:00 to 12:00. You are also welcome to shop at the farm, you do not have to order beforehand.

Where can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from our premises on the farm at 167 Nooitgedacht road, Elandshoek 1000,Pretoria, free of charge. Our collection point is open every weekday from 08:00 to 16:00 and Saturdays 09:00 to 12:00.

How do I know when my order is ready for collection?

Once your order is packed and ready for collection you will receive an SMS and email to let you know it is ready.

Can I have my order delivered to my home or office and how much does it cost?

Yes we deliver throughout Pretoria including Rayton, Cullinan and Midrand for a fee of R65, or free on orders over R500.

What do I do if someone is not available at the delivery address all day or every day of the week?

It is ideal if you can provide us with an address where someone is available every weekday between 08:00 and 16:00. If this is not possible, you are welcome to let us know which day you have someone available to receive your order, in this case please ensure you place your order about two days before the day on which you require delivery. If you are generally at the address but out at certain times, please put a note in this regard on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are also more than happy to warn you about half an hour before we'll be at your address, so please request us to do so if that will assist you. Please be aware that this may cause a delay in delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Generally we pack orders within one business day of them being placed and deliver them the day after they are packed. Depending on the time of day you place your order and how busy we are, you may receive your order the same day or the next day or perhaps the day after that. Once your order is loaded on our truck for delivery you will receive an SMS and an email to let you know to expect your delivery that day.

Can I pay cash for my order?

We unfortunately do not accept cash for online orders. You are most welcome to come and purchase goods cash at our collection point on our farm in Elandshoek, Pretoria.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by debit / credit card or instant EFT on checkout. In store we have a swipe machine and do take cash.

Do you have a physical shop?

We have a physical shop on our farm in Elandshoek on the outskirts of Pretoria. The products in our shop do not have prices displayed on them as we are primarily an online shop, but products are nicely displayed for viewing and prices are available on request.

Can I come to buy at your premises?

Yes, you are welcome to come and purchase at our premises. We accept payment by card, MasterPass and cash.

How will my goods be packaged on delivery?

We pack and deliver orders in reusable plastic crates to cut down on our use of single-use plastic bags. Please either purchase such a crate from us or be ready to unpack or transfer your goods to another container on collection / delivery.

Is your packaging biodegradable / recyclable and do you offer Zero Waste options?

Wherever possible we attempt to stock products with as little packaging, especially plastic, as possible and where packaging is needed to ensure that it is recyclable or biodegradable as far as possible. We are dependent on our suppliers to a large extent in this regard and are continually working to improve. We do supply many items such as milk, epsom salts, bicarbonate of soda, honey, broth etc. in reusable glass or plastic containers.
