Recipes

These recipes all use nutrient-dense, wholefood ingredients. They follow the principles of a healthy diet as outlined by the Weston A Price foundation. These principles are based on Dr. Price’s research of what traditional people ate to produce healthy bodies. This means they include ingredients such as bone broth, meat stock, raw dairy, organ meats, fermented foods, properly prepared grains and no refined sugar or processed vegetable oils. Many are also suitable for those following the GAPS Diet for gut healing as well as Palea and Banting diets. All the recipes are designed to be easy to make and suitable to be eaten by the whole family.
